Just like it’s sibling, the Gallardo Spyder, The R8 doesn’t just share it’s convertible name (Spyder), but some performance components as well. Audi first unveiled the R8 V10 Spyder at the 2009 Frankfurt International Motor Show in September 2009. It runs the same 5.2-liter V10 engine found in the coupe. Maximum power is 518 PS and peak torque is 530Nm (391 lb-ft). The 0 – 62mph sprint time is 4.1 seconds while the manual can deliver a top speed of 194mph.
