2011 Limited Edition Chevrolet Corvette

The Limited Edition Corvette named Z06 Carbon will be introduced next year.
It will definitely be a treat for all the muscle car fans and as good things are scarce the limit for these cars to be produced is 500 units.

Surprisingly the first car out of the 500 is already sold at an auction which took place in Palm Beach, Florida on 3rd April.
And was sold for $297,000

This limited edition of the car is introduced to mark the 50th anniversary of Corvette’s first race. And Chevrolet will continue to bring the race car features into the production models.

The Special features of the special edition include black wheels measuring 19 inches up front and 20 inches in the rear and wrapped with Michelin PS2 tires, carbon ceramic brakes, Magnetic Selective Ride Control active suspension, and a host of carbon-fiber accessories

All the money earned at the auction of the car will be donated to Red Cross.
